About the Privacy in Nosk

What Nosk stores about you, who can see it, and what it never collects.

Where it goes

Data is hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, under a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses for any access from outside the EU. Apple handles Sign in with Apple and Apple Music under its own policy. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise, except when required by law.

How long

Your data is kept while your account exists. Anything you remove, or your whole account (deleted in Edit my details), is erased at once, and from backups within 30 days. Logs are kept a few days; emails and reports up to one year.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to the use of your data, and set instructions for after your death. Most of it is in the app; otherwise email us and we'll answer within a month. You can complain to the CNIL or your local authority.

Nosk is for people 15 and over. We'll announce significant changes to this policy in the app.
